I offer therapy for women who are high-functioning on the outside, but internally overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or struggling to keep up with the mental load of life.
Many of my clients are professionals, moms, caregivers, attorneys, physicians, or women who are used to being the “capable one.” Some have ADHD, some are anxious or burned out, and many are carrying more than anyone realizes.
My approach is warm, practical, insight-oriented, and collaborative. Therapy with me often focuses on:
ADHD and executive functioning
Anxiety and overthinking
Emotion Regulation
Burnout and chronic stress/overwhelm
Perfectionism and people-pleasing
Identity shifts, motherhood, and life transitions
Women’s mental health and nervous system regulation
I integrate evidence-based approaches while also helping clients understand themselves in a deeper, more compassionate way.

Getting started is simple.
You can reach out through my contact form, email, or phone number to schedule an initial consultation. From there, we’ll briefly discuss what’s bringing you in, what you’re looking for support with, and whether we seem like a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an intake session and begin building a therapy plan tailored to your goals and needs.
Therapy should feel supportive from the very beginning…not intimidating or overly clinical.

Many of my clients have spent years being told they’re “doing great” while privately feeling overwhelmed, unable to turn their brain off, or completely exhausted from holding everything together.
Perhaps this is your first time or maybe you might have been to therapy before, learned some things, but never quite felt seen.I specialize in working with women who are high-achieving and capable (whether at home or in the professional world), but whose internal experience often does not match how competent they appear externally.
What makes my work different is that I deeply understand the invisible effort many women are carrying:
the mental tabs constantly open in the background
the emotional labor
the masking
the perfectionism
the pressure to keep performing while quietly struggling underneath it
My style is warm, direct, insightful, and practical. Clients often tell me they have uncovered parts of themselves they’ve never reached before.
I also bring both professional expertise and lived understanding of ADHD, emotional regulation, and the realities of modern womanhood into the therapy room.

Therapy with me is warm, conversational, thoughtful, and collaborative.
Clients often tell me they feel deeply understood while also leaving sessions with practical insight and tools they can actually use in daily life.
I’m engaged and active in the process, not overly clinical or detached. My goal is to create a space where you can exhale, understand yourself more clearly, and begin building a life that feels more sustainable and less overwhelming.
